Welcome!

Welcome to thirty-two eleven (”3211”). This newsletter will entail: 3 Reads, 2 Rabbit Holes, 1 Watch, and 1 Listen — 3/2/1/1. Detailing what I have been up to, on the internet.

introduction:

Reporting live from Los Angeles, California! I am traveling out here this week for work. Yesterday my west coast coworkers took us to a local Korean BBQ spot in Korea Town. This was easily the best Korean BBQ I have ever had - if you can find a good Korean BBQ spot by you, I highly recommend it.

3 reads:

1 - The new way to find the next book to read! Let AI help you discover the best books for you.

2 - The last person to redirect lightning was Benjamin Franklin with his famous lightning rod in 1746, later perfected by Nikola Tesla. A new study has found the latest way to redirect lightning. This has great potential when it comes to insurance, golf courses, overall casualties from lightning strikes every year, and more...

3 - Skyrocketing obesity rates compared to changes in diets. The answer? Seed Oils.

2 rabbit holes:

1 - I am back on the tennis grind! Based on the super popular Formula 1 show Drive to Survive, Break Point showcases the biggest stars on the ATP Tour and the drama within the sport.  Just the other night, 22 year old American Jenson Brooksby took down the Number 2 ranked Casper Ruud in the Australian Open. Things are starting to get spicy!

2 - Tynan has released his latest gear blog post. Detailing all items he owns, carried in one backpack. The goat of minimalist one bag travel.

1 watch:

1 - Cameron Hanes is an endurance athlete, arguably the greatest backcountry bowhunter, author, entrepreneur, and podcast host. He is the owner of Keep Hammering brand and an Under Armour sponsored athlete. In the same realm of David Goggins - this guy is insane.

His son, Truett Hanes has taken on the same mentality of "staying hard". Check out some of Truett's videos including breaking Goggins' pull up record and the Hanes family annual bench contest.

1 listen:

1 - Elderbrook.

Cheers,
